Vicki Klupchak is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Smith College School for Social Work in Northampton, MA in 2014 and has an undergraduate degree in Psychology with concentrations in Mental Health Services and Women鈥檚 Studies from Worcester State University. Prior to coming to 91爆料, Vicki worked at the Justice Resource Institute for 9 years, which included working as a clinician in both an intensive group home for young adults and in a therapeutic day school with students who had significant social and emotional concerns along with learning disabilities. Vicki has extensive experience in crisis intervention and facilitation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion trainings in educational settings and is dedicated to providing culturally responsive and inclusive treatment and direction for the 91爆料 Counseling Center. Vicki uses a strengths-based, trauma-informed and relational approach to therapy. In her free time, Vicki enjoys cooking plant-based meals and baking sourdough bread, ping pong, swimming, playing with her two dogs, and going to concerts.

Scott Thomson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and has been practicing for 9 years. Scott received his Master of Social Work from Boston College and his Bachelor of Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Prior to joining the 91爆料 community, Scott had worked at several non-profits serving the city of Boston and in private practice seeing young adults for individual counseling. Scott鈥檚 approach to counseling is relationally focused, building therapeutic relationships on care and trust. Scott pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy grounded in cultural competence and a strengths-based perspective. Scott鈥檚 clinical interests include working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. In his free time, Scott can be found in nature, playing video games, or trying new restaurants around Boston.

Laura Bustos Ortiz, LCSW (she/her)

Laura is a Clinical Social Worker who completed her education at Boston University, earning an MSW from the School of Social Work as well as a BA in Sociology with a minor in Women鈥檚, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Laura is interested in a holistic, feminist, and social justice-oriented approach to psychotherapy that acknowledges the larger systems that may interfere with an individual鈥檚 well-being. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based in order to help students at 91爆料 feel supported and empowered. Her clinical interests include helping students navigate interpersonal relationships, generational trauma, identity development, and life transitions. As an immigrant from Colombia, she is also interested in unpacking the effects of intersectionality and immigration on mental health. In her spare time, Laura enjoys taking naps, watching movies, playing video/board games, watching futbol, and going to concerts.

Jessica Visconti is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and expressive arts therapist. Jessica completed her education at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Expressive Arts Therapy with a minor in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a Specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy. Prior to coming to 91爆料, Jessica has worked as an outpatient therapist, developed CreativeGrounding, an arts and mindfulness based program with Bristol Community College. Additionally, she has worked in outpatient substance abuse treatment, and other community based work in the greater Boston area. Jessica is passionate about mental health advocacy and finding creative ways to help students connect with community resources. Outside of mental health work, Jessica enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking and eating new foods, dancing, traveling, and spending time at the beach.

Nicole Pimentel (She/Her)

Nicole holds a B.S. in Communications with a concentration in Advertising from Salem State University. Prior to joining 91爆料, Nicole worked with assisting first-generation and low-income high school aged youth at a college access program for six years. She also worked at various publishing companies in sales and marketing. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys baking, cooking, reading, traveling, and attending book events.

Lakshmi Haferman (She/Her)

Clinical Trainee

Lakshmi Haferman is a clinical trainee with 91爆料鈥檚 clinical training program and a graduate student at William James College, where she is pursuing a master鈥檚 degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in LGBTQIA2S+ mental health. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Neuroscience from Emmanuel College and brings a background in mental health research to her clinical practice. Lakshmi鈥檚 counseling approach is person-centered, deeply relational, and grounded in liberation psychology. She understands mental health within the broader context of systemic oppression and collective struggle, and she approaches healing as both a personal and political process. Her work integrates elements of narrative therapy, multicultural frameworks, and social justice principles; often incorporating creative expression as a tool for healing and connection to oneself. Before joining 91爆料鈥檚 Counseling Center, Lakshmi completed her first-year internship at The Social Impact Center in Roxbury, where she engaged in community-rooted mental health work supporting those impacted by historical, racial, and intergenerational trauma. Her clinical interests include working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ communities, as well as with individuals with lived experience in or who have survived adoption and/or foster care. Outside the therapy room, Lakshmi chases her joy by consuming a lot of TV, being in nature, and spending quality time with her two cats.

Danny Catarius (He/Him)

Clinical Trainee

Danny Catarius is a second-year graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William James College, with an emphasis in LGBTQIA+ Studies. He earned a BA in Literary Studies on the writing track (poetry) from Eugene Lang College at The New School. He completed his practicum at Riverside Community Care PACT, where he supported adults with serious mental health conditions in the community. Danny is passionate about working with people from marginalized communities whose experiences are often dismissed, misunderstood, or pathologized. His ongoing training has included mindful healing in queer relationships, addressing anti-fat bias in therapy, and non-pathologizing approaches to working with people who hear voices. He believes therapy should be accessible, collaborative, and rooted in each person鈥檚 unique lived experience. Outside the counseling world, you can find Danny writing poetry, 鈥減hotosynthesizing鈥 on the deck, or playing with his two Mini Australian Shepherds, Bailey and Juno.

Nicole Andrade (She/Her)

Clinical Trainee

Nicole Andrade is a second-year clinical social work intern working towards her Master鈥檚 in Social Work. Prior to studying social work, she completed a BA in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut while also minoring in sociology and women鈥檚, gender, & sexuality studies. Between her bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees, Nicole researched the intersections between psychology and cancer at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, giving her over 4 years of experience living and working in the Longwood Medical Area. Nicole has clinical and lived experiences with neurodivergence, chronic illness/disability, racial identity development, first-generation college students, and the LGBTQ+ community.聽 She is interested in working with students to help them improve their overall wellbeing through building self-esteem, finding resources in the community, and doing it all with a sense of humor. Outside of her social work practice, Nicole is a local drag queen who loves spending time with her wife and her cat (Mercury), gardening, and making weird wearable art.

Guy Krug (He/Him)

Clinical Trainee

Guy Krug is a Master鈥檚 Level Clinical Trainee from Boston College School of Social Work.
Prior to joining 91爆料, Guy worked in outpatient treatment for substance use
disorders, where he led clinical groups and worked individually to support his clients鈥
recovery and wellbeing. He chose to pursue social work following a successful career in
technology, where he is most proud of mentoring his employees and seeing them grow.
Guy blends a focus on building a healing therapeutic relationship with practices pulled
from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused
Therapy. His interests include working with others in the LGBTQ+ community as well as
those who are navigating issues of identity, shame, grief, and anxiety. He also enjoys
helping people who want to change their relationship with substances. Outside of the
office, Guy enjoys being in nature, spending time with family, friends, and pets, and
eating delicious food.
